Vibrant summer produce, served with rustic spreads and dips, creates a stunning tablescape.

Setting a summer table is easy when you choose from the abundance of seasonal ingredients. The variety of colors and textures of stone fruit, vegetables and herbs—think cherries and peaches; eggplant, carrots and radishes; and rosemary, thyme and sage—add a vibrant and subtly sophisticated ambiance to even the most rustic of tables, and with minimal effort. Here we’ve assembled a gallery of some of our favorite images to inspire delicious—and memorable—tablescapes for your summer gatherings.

Submit a photograph of your favorite summer dish, platter, centerpiece, place setting or tablescape to info@edibleaspen.com to be considered for inclusion in Edible Aspen’s Summer 2018 Farm to Table gallery.

We can’t wait to see your pics!
