ACES at Rock Bottom Ranch is one of the only farms in Colorado to raise Animal Welfare Approved, Certified Wildlife Friendly, pasture raised chickens. Join Rock Bottom Ranch Director Jason Smith to explore the basics of trussing, tying and roasting a chicken as well as breaking down a whole bird into cut portions.  We will also explore some seasonal recipes that utilize all the parts and pieces of the chicken.  Guests will leave with two chickens ready for cooking (a $40 value).
