Bay Leaf Reduction

Makes 16 ounces

In a small saucepan, bring water and bay leaves to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and transfer to a glass jar with lid. If not using immediately, store in refrigerator for up to 30 days.
