- 2 ounces Montanya Oro Rum
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- ½ ounce bay leaf reduction (recipe below)
- Amarena cherry, for garnish
Add rum, vermouth, the reduction and several ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and stir with a spoon until chilled. Strain over fresh ice cubes into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry.
