Charitable Checks

In an effort to support organizations that contribute to the quality of life in the Valley, Velvet Buck restaurant at the St. Regis Aspen Resort has created Table 81, a charitable marquee four-top table in which 81 percent of each check is donated directly to a local philanthropic organization (including the Basalt Education Foundation and Aspen Animal Shelter; recipients change monthly).
