Make Someone Hoppy
Brennan Buckley has the magic touch when it comes to fermented foods. The former cheesemaker/baker and current director of operations for Avalanche Cheese Company launched his Missouri Heights nano-brewery earlier this year. Buckley’s finely crafted, hoppy ales are generating heady buzz in the Valley, but until recently, they were only available on tap at Meat & Cheese and its sister bar Hooch. Now, Buckley’s brews are available at select locations throughout the region. For autumn imbibing, try Little Fluffy Clouds, a crisp pale ale, or the robust Doin’ My Time Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
