Fans of Aspen Brewing Company have a lot to look forward to this winter, with the opening of a new taproom and restaurant in the former Peach’s Corner Cafe space downtown. Brewery founder/proprietor Duncan Clauss says Aspen Tap will be double the size of the former taproom on East Hopkins, and will include a curated selection of spirits and wine, as well.
