Chef Mark Hardin—formerly of Carbondale Beerworks— has launched a catering company, Field 2 Fork Kitchen, committed to sourcing local, sustainable ingredients. New for summer are farm dinners, in partnership with Roaring Fork Beer Company and Marble Distilling Co. Hardin will cook up feasts at Sustainable Settings and Rock Bottom Ranch throughout summer and early fall, utilizing foods grown or raised on-site.
