Nakazawa Aspen, which started as a winter pop-up, is staying in town through the summer, possibly longer. Michelin-star chef Daisuke Nakazawa, who has restaurants in New York City and Washington, DC, serves his popular omakase, sashimi and nigiri, and more on the Mill Street Mall.

Catch Steak—an outpost of NYC’s Catch seafood restaurant—opens in the large rooftop space formerly occupied by Scarlett’s at Galena and Hopkins.

Replacing Piñons after 33 years upstairs at 105 S. Mill St. is Casa D’Angelo, an Italian restaurant whose flagship location is in Fort Lauderdale.

The St. Regis’s former Chef’s Club space welcomes Dante, a Greenwich Village landmark since 1915 that operated a winter pop-up in the Residences at Little Nell building’s Snow Lodge space.

And Joonas has been serving dinners, focusing on tapas, since the winter of 2020-'21 downstairs at 301 E. Hopkins.
