Plotsky’s is a new Jewish-style deli by longtime local chefs David Eisenson and Mark Hardin, who put in their time at Mark Fischer restaurants including Six89, Town, Phat Thai, and The Pullman. Hardin also runs the locally focused catering company Field to Fork.

Batch Provisions, the speakeasy-style taproom of Roaring Fork Beer Company, is now serving wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas with fresh local toppings from the farmers’ market.

After a year operating as an online grocer, including offering meal kits, The Beat reopens midsummer as a restaurant—with the addition of more seating in the backyard by late summer. The Beat focuses on hyperlocal ingredients to create vegetarian dishes inspired by global flavors.

The owners of Craft Coffee House in Basalt opened a satellite project at 689 Main St., including a local market, coffeehouse, dinner series, and more in the former Landmark Café (and Six89) space.

Zero-waste distillery Marble Distilling Co. launched an e-commerce website, shopmarblespirits.com, for its award-winning small-batch spirits.
