Longtime Aspen favorite Kenichi opens a location in Base Village this summer, taking over the former Sake space. Serving sushi and pan-Asian cuisine in Aspen since 1991, the local ownership also has Izakaya, a Japanese-style pub in Carbondale.

At mix6 in The Collective, chef owner Martin Oswald is offering Friday evening harvest dinners this summer, featuring bowls with ingredients sourced from local farms, including the Farm Collaborative and Shining Mountain Farm.

New this summer, the Limelight Snowmass offers a picnic package, curated by the property chef and Moët Hennessy.

And longtime local chef and restaurateur Rob Ittner, who previously owned and operated Rustique Bistro and the Cooking School of Aspen, is back as the food and beverage director at Anderson Ranch Arts Center, where his duties include overseeing the Ranch Café.
