Why We Love It: Where would Colorado craft brewing be without Fat Tire? Happily, New Belgium keeps on producing innovative beers geared toward diverse tastes. We love La Folie, a clean-tasting sour brown ale aged in oak that sings with notes of tart apple, cherry, plum and citrus. New is the collab brew RyePA, made with Colorado malted barley and rye from Asheville, North Carolina—home to NB’s second facility. Speaking of, check out some of NB’s national events (most of them bike-related), such as Tour de Fat.
