Why We Love It: Denver’s first nano brewery, established in 2010 by Tim Myers, was the very definition of, producing one barrel at a time (six years later, that heritage is honored with “one-barrel Wednesdays,” when experimental brews debut in the tasting room). Be sure to save room for World Beer Cup gold medalist Cherry Kriek, a Belgian dark wheat ale that perfectly melds tart (thank the Montmorency cherries) and sweet, and Breakfast Grapefruit IPA—complex, crisp and oh-so-summery.
