Edible Aspen, in collaboration with Edible Communities, will host its first annual Good Spirits celebration at Chefs Club by Food & Wine, located in the St. Regis hotel, on Thursday, August 10. The evening will feature craft distillers and top mixologists from Colorado and beyond, as well as paired, locally sourced bites from some of the Roaring Fork Valley’s top restaurants. Ten percent of Edible Aspen’s net proceeds will benefit 2Forks Club, a nonprofit investment club that makes no-interest loans to beginning and established food and beverage producers in the Roaring and North Fork Valleys (turn to page 36 to see how 2Forks Club has helped one local farm).
