Aspen Area Vegetable Garden Tour
Join representative from ACES, the City of Aspen, and Pitkin County to explore local food production in the Aspen area! The tour will visit the winning edible gardens that were selected in an open competition for gardeners who plant at least 25% of their landscaping with vegetables, herbs, and other edible plants. We will discuss planting strategies and infrastructure, different cultivars, successes and failures, and more.
