Nose-to-tail Dinner

Join Meat and Cheese in Aspen for a nose-to-tail dinner, featuring the Mangalitsa pig, paired with beers from Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project (Denver)  and Jackie O's Brewery (Ohio).

The brewers from both breweries will be here, beards and all, to walk you through their artisan process and share their thoughts on why these beers pair so well with our food.
