SUGARFIRE WESTY TO HOST DEC. 4 POP UP WITH ST. LOUIS-BASED BURGER JOINT, HI-POINTE DRIVE-IN

On Wednesday, December 4, renowned chef and owner Mike Johnson will bring together his two concepts, Sugarfire Smoke House and St. Louis-based burger joint Hi-Pointe Drive-In, via a Westminster pop up coined “Rocky Mountain Hi.” Sugarfire Westy diners will be able to order a few of Hi-Pointe’s stoner-approved creations, including Bacon Blunts, the Stonely Cup Shake, the Denver Burncos, Grilled Cheese Tacos, and more. After filling up on barbecue and burger goodness, guests are invited to meet Denver Broncos legends Mark Jackson, Tyrone Braxton and Ron Egloff during a meet and greet from 5 to 8 p.m. Also in celebration of the “Rocky Mountain Hi” pop up, Sugarfire Westy will host an eating competition between professional competitive eaters Brandon “Da Garbage Disposal Clark” and Bryan “Big Sexy” Beard at 6 p.m. The competitive eaters will have the daunting task of eating as many pounds of food as they can in a 20-minute time frame. All are invited to this fun-filled, free-to-attend event with good eats and specialty items from Hi-Pointe Drive-In.
