Ingredients
- 2 cups honey (preferably local, like Colorado Mountain Honey)
- 2 cups water
- 1 ounce food-grade dried lavender
Instructions
Combine honey, water, and lavender in a medium-size pot.
Cook down at medium heat, just below a simmer, until honey is completely dissolved. Turn off heat and let stand until completely cool.
Strain out lavender. Store in a glass container in the fridge. Will keep for up to a month refrigerated.
